Peach Melba Pancake Stack

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed and drained well, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches, thawed, drained well, and chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 24 frozen pancakes
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Evenly divide cheese mixture into 2 medium bowls. Stir raspberries into one bowl of cheese mixture and stir peaches into second bowl until thoroughly combined; set aside.
  2. Heat pancakes according to package directions. Top 8 pancakes with a dollop of raspberry mixture and spread evenly over pancake. Repeat with 8 more pancakes and peach mixture. (see note)
  3. Stack the peach pancakes on top of the raspberry pancakes and top with remaining 8 plain pancakes. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar then garnish with a small dollop of both fruit mixtures and an extra peach slice and raspberry. (See photo.)

Fried Pickle Pizza

  • 1 package Farm Rich® Crispy Dill Pickles
  • Premade pizza dough
  • 1 cup ranch
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons liquid from a can of chipotle peppers
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the garlic bulb in half, place on aluminum foil, and drizzle with olive oil. Fold aluminum foil around garlic and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Let the garlic cool, squeeze out of the shell, and mash.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Add garlic, butter, 1/2 cup ranch, and dill to a bowl and mix until combined. Add the rest of the ranch and chipotle pepper liquid to a bowl and mix until combined, set aside.
  3. On a floured surface, shape the pizza dough into a disc. Spread the ranch sauce on the dough (start with half of the sauce and add more as needed), top with cheese, and frozen pickles. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until dough is browned. Drizzle with chipotle ranch and garnish with any extra dill. Enjoy!

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, or Sriracha sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (18 oz.) box InnovAsian Orange Chicken
  • 12 (6 in.) flour tortillas
  • 1 (18 oz.) box InnovAsian Chicken Fried Rice
  • 2 avocados, halved, peeled, pitted and sliced
Instructions
  1. Toss cabbage, carrot, sweet chili sauce, lime juice and cilantro in large bowl until coated. Set aside.
  2. Place sauce pouch from orange chicken box in bowl of warm water to thaw. Preheat air-fryer to 375°F. Place orange chicken in an evenly layer in air-fryer basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until fully heated through. Drizzle sauce over chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare Chicken Fried Rice according to package directions.
  4. Top tortillas with chicken, cabbage mixture and avocado. Serve with rice and enjoy.

  • 2 Lunchables® 360 Crisp® Crispy Grilled Cheesies
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 2 slices deli turkey
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish (optional)
  • Raspberry jam, for serving (optional)
Instructions
  1. Spread mustard evenly over the top of one grilled cheesie. Top with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese and remaining grilled cheesie.
  2. Whisk milk and egg together in medium shallow bowl. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Melt butter in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Place sandwich in hot skillet and cook on each side until golden-brown, about 2 minutes per side. Slice in half. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with jam.
